Focus and Scope
Asia Pacific Journal of Sustainable Agriculture, Food and Energy (APJSAFE), publish two times a year, publish papers in English reporting the results of original research in the following areas:
1. Sustainable Agriculture (including horticulture, soil science and plant protection, organic agriculture, waste-agriculture management)
2. Food Technology (including product development, sensory evaluation, food chemistry, food microbiology, analysis and testing food quality, post harvest technology
3. Sustainable Nutrition (Food habit, food culture, nutrition, food health, functional food, supply chain management in food, )
4. Community Development and Scientific Communication (Agrifood management, socio-economic on rural development)
5. Energy (energy in food technology, energy in agriculture, energy policies in food and agriculture)
6. Other related topics deemed relevant by the Editorial Board (Special Issues)
