Analisis Kriteria Pemilihan Supplier Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (Studi Kasus Pada PT XYZ)

Abstract


Industri otomotif memerlukan banyak komponen atau material yang terkait langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan produk dalam menjalankan produksinya. Dibutuhkan bantuan dari pihak supplier untuk memenuhi kebutuhan material tersebut. Pemilihan supplier merupakan sebuah proses penting bagi perusahaan guna mencapai produksi yang optimal dan karenanya mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan otomotif yang memproduksi mobil di Indonesia. Dalam pemenuhan material diadakan proses pemilihan supplier. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP), sebuah metode pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak kriteria yang saling terkait. Permasalahan ini direpresentasikan dalam sebuah sistem dengan ketergantungan (dependence) dan feedback. Keterkaitan yang terdapat pada metode ANP adalah keterkaitan dalam satu set elemen (node comparison) dan keterkaitan terhadap elemen yang berbeda (cluster comparison). Penggunaan metode ANP akan menghasilkan bobot nilai prioritas pada seluruh elemen yang terdapat dalam sistem pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang digunakan untuk memilih supplier pada PT XYZ adalah Safety, Kualitas, Ketepatan, Service, Kemampuan Pemasok dan, Harga secara berurutan.

Automotive Industry require many materials which are directly or indirectly involved with the product within its production activity. Suppliers’ assistance is needed in order to fulfill the material needed. Supplier selection is an important process for the company in order to achieve optimum production dan therefore can compete with other company. PT XYZ is one among many automotive company in Indonesia. To get the material needed supplier selection process is held. This research is held using the Analytic Network Process (ANP), one decision-making method with many related criteria. This problem is represented in a system with dependence dan feedback. The relations included in ANP method are relations within a set of element (node comparison) and relation between elements (cluster comparison). The result of ANP method is the weight priority value for all of the elements within the decision-making system. The result of the research shows criteria used in supplier selection in PT XYZ are Safety, Quality, Precision, Service, Supplier Ability, and Price, by order.
