Novizar Nazir is an Associate Professor from Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Andalas University-Indonesia. He received his Doctor degree from IPB Bogor. He has a lot of experience in cooperation with several universities in Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and Spain. At this time, he is also one of the Coordinator the Working Group on Scientific Communication at the Asean Universities Consortium on Food and Agro-Based Engineering and Technology. His field of study are process and product development, bioenergy and life cycle assessment.
